This website describes the services of Horn of Africa Strategic Initiatives (“HASI Consulting”). Its content is general information about the firm, not professional advice. Advice is given only under an agreed engagement, in writing, for a named client and a defined scope.

No engagement by browsing

Reading this website, downloading the company profile or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. An engagement exists only when a written proposal has been agreed and signed by both parties.

Accuracy

We keep the website consistent with the HASI Company Profile 2026 and correct errors when we find them or they are pointed out. Figures carry the date they were last verified. If something here conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal governs.

Intellectual property

The HASI name, logo and the content of this website belong to Horn of Africa Strategic Initiatives. You may quote from the site with attribution — for example in a procurement assessment or a board paper. You may not reproduce the site or its content commercially without written permission.

Client names and marks

Client organizations are named, and their marks shown, to identify organizations HASI has worked with as recorded in the Company Profile 2026. Marks remain the property of their owners, and their presence does not imply a current endorsement or an active engagement. If your organization’s mark appears and you want it removed or corrected, write to hasiconsulting@hasiconsulting.com and we will act promptly.
