The model
Why we staff from a pool.
Consulting firms tend to fail clients in one of two ways: sending juniors to do senior work, or sending a generalist to a technical problem. The expert-pool model is how we try to avoid both.
Every proposal names the individuals who will do the work and the discipline each brings. CVs are available on request at proposal stage, and the named team does not change without your agreement.
We hold our own people to the standard we sell: 576+ hours of internal training have gone into developing our consultants and junior staff — the same competency-based approach our Human Capital practice delivers to clients.

Why there are no headshots here
Names belong in proposals, not galleries.
A photo wall tells you who a firm employs; it does not tell you who will turn up to your assignment. We publish the model instead, and put the names where they are accountable — in the written proposal, against the work each person will do, with CVs on request.
Ask for the named team, not the brochure.
Describe the assignment and we will respond with the disciplines it needs and the people we would put against it.
