How to choose

Start from the objective, not the label.

If none of the six names obviously fits, one of these usually does. Each links to the practice that owns the work.

The practice changes what we do, not how it runs.

Every engagement moves through the same four stages — Listen, Design, Deliver, Stay — whichever of the six it starts in, and the fourth is not optional.
